Trouble signing in?Use the same phone number you registered with. OTP codes expire after 5 minutes — request a new one if it doesn't arrive.

Didn't receive an SMS? Check your signal, then tap Resend code. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp with your phone number.

How do I add a tenant? Open a property, tap the unit, then tap Add tenant. You'll capture name, phone, rent amount, and start date.

How do I record a payment? Open the tenant, tap Record payment, enter the amount and date. The next-due date updates automatically.

Is PadiRent free? Yes. Core rent management is free for Ghanaian landlords. Optional premium features may be added in future.
