We do not collect data from third parties. All property, tenant, and payment data is entered directly by you.

We use your information solely to:

• Authenticate your account via phone OTP
• Display your properties, tenants, and payments on your dashboard
• Calculate rent periods and expiry dates
• Generate payment receipts
• Send OTP verification codes via SMS

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Railway. We use industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Hashed OTP codes — we never store plain-text verification codes
• Session tokens with secure, httpOnly cookies
• Access controls ensuring you can only see your own data

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with these service providers, strictly for operational purposes:

• Arkesel — SMS delivery for OTP verification codes
• Railway — Cloud hosting and database infrastructure

These providers process data solely to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through the PadiRent dashboard
• Update your name and account details in the settings page
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us

6. Cookies

PadiRent uses essential cookies only — session tokens for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Children

PadiRent is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
