PadiRent is a free rent management app built specifically for Ghanaian landlords and rental agents. We exist because managing rental properties in Ghana shouldn't require notebooks, spreadsheets, or mental math.

The Problem

Ghana's rental market operates on a unique advance rent system where tenants pay 1-2 years of rent upfront. While this provides financial security, it creates a real challenge: tracking when each tenant's rent expires across multiple properties and units.

Most landlords in Accra, Kumasi, Tema, and across Ghana still rely on physical notebooks or memory to track tenant details, payment dates, and expiry timelines. Important information gets lost, renewal dates are missed, and disputes arise from poor record-keeping.
