Delete Your PadiRent Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your PadiRent account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

Open the PadiRent app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send an email to support@padirent.com from the email tied to your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We will verify your identity via SMS OTP and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually within 48 hours).

What gets deleted

  • Your user account (phone number, name, role)
  • All properties and units you created
  • All tenants linked to your properties
  • All payment records you recorded
  • All active session tokens
  • Any OTP codes associated with your phone number

What is retained (and why)

  • Anonymized transaction logs — stripped of personal identifiers, retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and security auditing.
  • Server access logs — standard HTTP logs kept for up to 30 days by our hosting provider. These contain IP addresses but no account data.

No personal data is retained beyond these windows.

Before you delete

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to keep your payment and tenant records for tax or legal purposes, export them first or take screenshots. We cannot restore deleted data.
